Reflect on the reasons for your "wins" and "losses". Reflect on the relationships that have helped you and the ones that hindered. Reflect in preparation for better.
Whether 2017 is used as a carrot or a stick, make it your motivation for success in the New Year! As a wise man once said, "Shoot for the starts because you just might get there".
